HAPS and HAO beside commercial traffic. One common operating picture.

High-altitude platform systems and high-altitude operations share sky with airline traffic, launch windows, and maritime recovery — but the pictures often don’t. A HAPS common operating picture (and HAO common operating picture) puts cooperative cylinders and balloon tracks beside SWIM traffic, authored volumes, and related watches so conflict discovery happens on one globe, not across email threads.

VECTr is the multi-domain common operating picture from vectraero.com — not AireonVECTOR, not VectAero C-UAS, and not the graphics product at vectr.com.

[How disparate feeds become one picture. Illustrative — not live data.]

HAPS / HAO on the same roster as aviation

WindBorne-style balloons and other cooperative HAPS/HAO activity belong next to commercial traffic, not in a research-only viewer. On the VECTr COP, HAPS and HAO volumes sit beside FAA SWIM context so ANSP, airline, and operator stakeholders can see the same stratospheric and NAS picture during a shared window. Cooperative cylinders and HAO areas are first-class layers on the mission map — correlated with TFRs, geofilters, and other authored volumes when the airspace needs protection.

This is claim-safe capability language: HAPS beside aviation on a common operating picture. It does not claim production ATC automation, ATO/AADS-complete status, FedRAMP, live AMOSS, or production FAA CARIS. Public art and demos are illustrative — not live operational data.

When launch corridors or maritime downrange effects land in the same period, those layers join the roster. Range and maritime partners stay on the same picture as HAPS operators instead of reconciling separate boards.

HATM conflict discovery — claim-safe framing

High Altitude Traffic Management (HATM) conversations need a shared spatial picture before anyone argues about procedures. VECTr supports HATM conflict discovery by placing HAPS/HAO geometry next to live airspace context, authored volumes, and related watches so teams can find overlaps and predicted entries early. Discovery and shared situational awareness — not a claim that conflicts are automatically resolved by ATC or that GNSS position is absolute truth.

GNSS integrity and interference framing may appear in ops discussions; keep public copy on integrity/interference language and avoid “GNSS truth” claims. Enterprise access uses MFA, admin-approved accounts, and role gates; feed credentials stay server-side. Client tracks and volumes can ride beside SWIM, AIS, NOTAMs, and HAPS layers without a separate stack for every stakeholder.

COP naming only. Never position VECTr as “Mission Control” on public pages or social.
